Something new has just arrived on @thesimplesophisticatepodcast and the blog!

Beginning today and running for one year, this limited weekly series will share a moment of meditation, or un moment de méditation. A mini-episode/post lasting about 5-7 minutes inviting you to strengthen the mindfulness tool that sits at the foundation of living a life of true contentment.

Available each Sunday afternoon/evening (Paris time), subscribers to the podcast will see it automatically become available on their podcast feed with nothing additional to do. This new series is in addition to the already established two episodes each month - every 1st and 3rd Wednesday. 🎙️
