The new episode of @thesimplesophisticatepodcast e The new episode of @thesimplesophisticatepodcast explores a topic we have touched on indirectly for years when we talk about what living a simply luxurious life is about. Contentment, true contentment derives itself from the Buddhist psychology, yet since we haven't talked about what that psychology is, I wanted to break it down in episode #403 🎙️➡️ 10 Ways Integrating Buddhist Psychology into Your Everyday Life Cultivates Contentment

Buddhism’s purpose is to bring deep healing, well-being and inner freedom. Contentment, which is experienced when we understand the mind, engage with the world and ourselves with loving-kindness and integrity, occurs when we live fully in the present. And so in today's episode, we're going to discuss how living simply luxuriously involves so much of the Buddhist approach to living well.

As well, we're exploring how fuzziness is inevitable but temporary and how when we understand this paired with the necessary knowledge about the decisions we make, we give ourselves so much to bring peace and freedom.
