Along with learning the skills, putting them into practice and exploring themselves, when a student discovers their dharma along the way, that ...THAT is a gift that only they can give themselves.

Having recently completed the course, Jamie shares in her review of her experience that it is possible to find what is within each of us, uniquely so, waiting to be discovered. It is when we choose to do the work that we realize how "wow!" our life can be each and everyday. It will take courage and inner strength, but that extra conscious effort is temporary and gives us so much to savor.

As I share in today's Monday Motivational post, The Gratitude Effect: A Simple Shift for Profound Change - when we live with awareness, holding ourselves in the present, we see the gifts that surround us each day, even if, as this image captured at @parc_botanique_haute_bretagne in France back in late winter of this year, the garden isn't in its peak of blooms and foliage.

The beauty exists. We just need to be wise enough (and we can all gain said wisdom) to take note of it. When we do, and put this skill into practice each day, our life journey is forever changed and in the most extraordinary ways.
