The winter solstice arrives here in the Northern hemisphere today, and while this recipe took a year to be shared, the first time I made it was on December 21st which played a part in a most wonderful memory. So! A new winter ritual has begun!

Simple, and yep, luxurious touches for winter include stocking up on candles. Placed in vintage and antique brass candlesticks found in Britain and this one from France (thank you @mfchbox ☺️🇫🇷❤️), as we near the longest night of the year, make #tslllepapillon cozy, warm, calming and rejuvenating.

These candles are palm oil free and burn for about 14-hours, and the most amazing part is that they are dripless. I found mine at @newportavemarket , purchasing a dozen for $30.
